Construction is well underway at London Square Croydon. Appley is advising on 10,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space available from Q1 2024. Situated opposite West Croydon Station, the mixed-use scheme will form a major part of the West Croydon Masterplan and create a new gateway to Croydon Town Centre.
London Square Croydon will provide an attractive public square central to the new retail offering and a thriving outdoor space available to the public, opening up views across the piazza to the Grade I listed St Michael’s church. This, along with the retained façade of locally listed 6-12 Station Road, both preserves and showcases the heritage of the area.
